Participation fee 2024 (Exhibition area, without stand fitting)
|

A further € 20 for sq.m discount on the participation fee will also be granted to Exhibitors that directly took part in the last edition of the Exhibition (33.BI-MU 2022), if they require and obtain a wider exhibition area than the one allocated to them in the 2022 edition. The discount will be applied exclusively to the supplementary allocated area and will be included in the final invoice.

• Open sides increases
  the participation fee is increased by:

20% for stand with 2 open sides
30% for stand with 3 open sides
40% for stand with 4 open sides

• Admission fee: € 450;
• Amount for each represented company (only for Agents, Representatives, Branches, Dealers): € 250;
• Services fee:  € 13/sq.m.

Services included in the Service fee

• Standard cleaning of the stand
• Equipment of fire-extinsguishers according to Law
• Municipal advertising tax
• Installed electric power up to 10 kW
• WI-FI connection in the hall
• Parking cards for parking area inside the Exhibition Centre
• Digital Platform online services
• Payment of royalties resulting from eventual audio-visual installations on stands, that are subject to legally required payment.

Services included in the participation fee

• Exhibition area, excluding setting-up
• Air-conditioned in the halls during the Exhibition
• General day and night surveillance
• General fire prevention
• Stand sign panel
• Entry in the printed Official Catalogue
• Entry in the Visitors’ Guide, distributed free of charge at the reception
• Entry in the Digital Catalogue “Digital Platform”
• Advertisement, promotional material
• Exhibitor passes in a quantity as specified in the art. 25.2 of the General Rules
• Printed Official catalogue: up to 100 sq.m 2 copies; over 3 copies
• Complementary events arranged by the Organiser as in the Exhibition programme; conferences, hospitality of delegations of trade operators, of Italian and foreign Authorities and conference speakers.

Amounts to be paid with the application

• Advance payment € 80 x requested sq.m
• € 450 (admission fee for all exhibitors)
• Possible amount of € 250 for each exhibited company and/or indicated in the Application Form.

VAT as per Law, if due, will be added to the total of the above amounts.  Fractions of sq.m will be computed as a full sq.m. No applications for less than 16 sq.m will be accepted, except for Publishing Houses, similar and special projects by the organiser.

• Logo represented company on official catalog printed € 150/each.
• Exhibitor logo on guide for visitors € 200. It is not possible to publish the logos of the represented company on the guide for visitors
• Advertising page on official printed catalogue € 400/each.
• Advertising page on guide for visitors € 500
• Banner on the official website of the event € 250
• Banner and video on the official website of the event € 300
• Personalised lanyards (provided by the exhibitor and distributed by the Organiser)
