The commitment dedicated by the organisers to the promotion of BI-MU is carried out through a series of initiatives, which are synergically developed and conceived to bring the event to the attention of the whole universe of operators and to offer the exhibiting enterprises communication tools and services, useful for creating their customised company campaign addressed to their own customers.
PROMOTION FOR EXHIBITORS
32.BI-MU offers all Exhibitors a full range of promotional services, available before, during and after the exhibition period, conceived to make the most of the companies’ presence at the trade show. Some services are free, others are charged. They can be booked by filling in the specific form.
Reservation of meeting rooms
The Fiera Milano exhibition center has spaces with different characteristics for meetings and conferences for use by exhibitors. The rooms will be set up according to the specific needs of the Exhibitor. The service is available on Fiera Milano e-service. Book now.
Pigeonholes in the Press Room
Available free of charge for Exhibitors who apply for them, pigeonholes can be used to address information and notes to journalists about product offering and presence at the exhibition. Book now.
To orient themselves inside the halls, Visitors will receive an Exhibition Guide Map that will illustrate stands, thematic areas and services of the trade show. Available free of charge at all reception desks, the Guide Map is also an opportunity for exhibiting companies interested in purchasing “manchettes” and/or advertising pages to promote the company or its products, where to include their own company promotion. (The map can host a maximum number of paid manchettes and pages; the spaces are allocated in chronological order subject to availability). Logo and Advertising Pages in the hard copy of the Official Catalogue
Exhibitors will have the opportunity to include their own logo or brand and/or to publish up to 4 advertising pages in the hard copy of the Exhibition Official Catalogue, according to the specifications and technical indications. If you have not already purchased the service during registration, contact the secretariat to check availability. Costs starting from € 150 (+ VAT).
Every Exhibitor will have the possibility to supply the organisers with one set of promotional lanyards, personalised with its own company’s logo, which will be distributed at the reception desks of the Exhibition. The production of the gadget is at the Exhibitor’s expenses. The distribution will be carried out by the Organisers, who will accept the applications in chronological order subject to availability of lanyards lots.

Brand promotion in BI-MUpiù
Exhibitors have the possibility of displaying their company brand within BI-MUpiù area. Their logo will be positioned on the wall of the arena, where all the supporters of the project will appear. Cost € 5,000 (+ VAT). Application form.

The main contact and information tool, i.e. the website of 32.BI-MU, can host Videos and advertising banners of exhibitors in its homepage, with a direct link to their company’s website.

The Exhibition is also on Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube and Instagram, where it boasts an online community of thousands of users. Through #32BIMU it is possible to directly interact with the organisers who follow the official profiles of the Exhibition. In addition, you can discover and share news, curiosities and multi-media contents.
Present your Novelties
Starting from July, the Press Section of the Exhibition website will host the “News from the Exhibitors”. To take part in this initiative, you just need to:
– Send a descriptive text about one or more of your products/solutions. Your text, in Italian and English, shall have a maximum length of 2,000 characters including spaces, for each language.
– Indicate a title of a maximum length of 55 characters including spaces. Do not indicate your company name, (it will be added by the Press Office during online publication).
– Attach two photos in .JPG 300 dpi format. Company logos, brochures or advertising pages will not be published.
The same material will be used for the issue of the electronic magazine “Cosa vedere a 32.BI-MU / What’s interesting at 32.BI-MU”, which will be forwarded to a mailing list of about 30,000 high-profile operators of the sector the first days of October. Every day, the newscast of 32.BI-MU reports events, curiosities, news about technologies and key players of the trade show through a reportage of institutional events, interviews with technical experts and economists, opinions of exhibitors and visitors. Developed by Tecnologie Meccaniche, in cooperation with ILSUSSIDIARIO.NET, the newscast will be visible in the special “corners” inside the exhibition halls, on the websites bimu.it, tecmec.it, as well as on the website of the online newspaper ILSUSSIDIARIO.NET, which boasts 10 millions of single contacts every month. Exhibitors can purchase promotional spaces within the newscast to present their companies and technologies on show.

Special Insert of “IlSole24Ore”
On the first exhibition day “IlSole24Ore” (daily newspaper) will publish the “Special Insert” dedicated to 32.BI-MU. Exhibitors will be able to purchase advertising spaces that will be positioned next to the institutional page managed by the Press Office of the Exhibition.

THE PROMOTION OF THE EXHIBITION
The BI-MUteam, supported by communication professionals, who are involved in the projects time by time, has developed a specific event promotion plan, using all main tools, traditional and new media, according to a well-structured and comprehensive communication programme.
Relations with Media
From printed paper to radio stations, from TV channels to the new media, the Press Office of 32.BI-MU maintains constant relations with the main media of general and Trade Press, sending them press releases, notes, in-depth studies, special material, according to specific needs.
Thanks to the well-structured activity of digital communication, 32.BI-MU is not “only” the leading Italian exhibition of the sector. This event is indeed, effectively, a virtual event that has been presented, shared online for over two years through communication distributed on: websites, newsletters, online articles, online promotion, social media marketing.
32.BI-MU Smart Catalog
Also for the 2020 edition, the Smart Catalog is the digital catalog of BI-MU. The Smart Catalog, accessible directly from the bimu.it website, uses an innovative technology that allows the automatic and continuous updating of the information contained in the exhibitor page taken directly from the company websites and social networks. By updating their company social networks, exhibitors can enrich and feed their profile with new content dedicated to participation in the event.
Available free of charge two weeks before the event, both for iOS and for Android, the App of 32.BI-MU is the most practical and quickest tool to move inside the halls. It will allow visitors to participate in all events scheduled to take place over the four exhibition days, to discover all the key players, to write notes and make appointments.
The Advertising Campaign
The 32.BI-MU advertising campaign, started in October 2019, includes all the main Italian sector magazines. In addition to these ones, the most important foreign magazines have been added. Active until October 2020, the campaign will also include the main national newspapers, radio, TV and billboards in the Milan underground. The advertising campaign will be intensified as the event approaches.
Instead the online communication plan consist of banners, newsletters, retargeting, social media marketing and presence on the websites of the most important international trade fairs.
