In motion you will also find the seventh axis fully integrated with the industrial robot, both made in HIWIN. The interpolated control of the 7 axes, takes place directly from the robot control unit. Thanks to the latest generation slide, maintenance is not necessary. Programming with HIWIN robots is a child’s play!
To complete the offer on our Robots, there are also Electric Grippes, Ball Splines for replacing the X axis in SCARA Robots and Datorker Strain Wave Gears.
For the Machine Tools industry, i twill be possible to discover the benefits of the i4.0BS® Intelligent Ballscrew: a ballscrew which processes measurements (vibrations and temperature) locally from an edge computing module (ECM), whose algorithms output digital signals and/or API files that are sent to the machine PLC or viewed by APP for remote monitoring via multiple devices. Various warning messages can be diagnosed to detect if there have been faults and when they ocurred. Definetely an Economic, Ecological and Efficient choice, in line with HIWIN values.
