NACHI: a robot for every application

SINTA – Pad: 13 – Stand: B22

NACHI, a brand that Sinta distributes in Italy, provides customized automation solutions with robots for all areas of application (machine tool loading / unloading, packaging and palletizing operations of all types of components; operations of assembly and welding…) and covers a very wide range of sectors, from the automotive, to the electronics up to the steel constructions.
The plus of this brand is not only the hugeness of the range, both for transported load (from 1 to 1000kg) and for handling range (from 350mm to 3972mm), but also the quality, reliability and mechanical strength of the robot.

The range of NACHI robots is divided into different series, each characterized by the peculiarity of the load on the wrist or by the type of processing to which it is dedicated.
The most popular series is the MZ, modern from the point of view of the design of the 6-axis machine: extremely compact, light and precise, with a standard IP67 protection, it carries a wrist load from 1 to 25kg and has a maximum extension of the arm ranging from 350 to 1882mm.
There are series dedicated to specific applications, such as welding and palletizing:
The series suitable for spot or arc welding applications is the SRA. The 6-axis robots of this carry on the wrist at max. loads from 100 to 250kg and have a maximum extension from 1634 to 2792mm.
The specific one for palletizing is the LP series, with 4-axis robot, a max load at the wrist from 130 to 210kg and 3210mm of max extension.
Another series is the MC, suitable for handling heavy loads, which in turn is divided into two, one for wrist loads from 10 to 70kg and the other for loads from 280 to 1000kg.
This is just one example of the hugeness of the range, which is also divided into 4, 5 and 7 axis robots, also covering the scara type and the one hanging from the ceiling with 360 ° movement of the robotic arm.
Thanks to such a wide range of robots, we are even more confident today that we can effectively meet the most varied needs of those who come to us with an automation problem.
