VCX600i is a 5-axis Vertical Machining Center with a 600 mm Cantilever type tilting rotary table with Torque motors
HURCO – Pad: 9 – Stand: B15
The axis strokes are X 820 mm, Y 550 mm and Z 500 mm, while the B axis allows tilting up to +/-110° and the C swivel axis rotates continuously at +/- 360°. Designed for machining that requires speed, precision and finishing quality, VCX600i is equipped with ISO40 spindle BIG PLUS at 12,000 rpm and tool magazine with 40 stations. Thanks to its technical characteristics and performance, VCX600 is a 5-axis machining center suitable for both precision machining and mold processing.
VMX60SRTi is a vertical machining center with 5 integrated axes and it is known for the flexibility with which it is possible to work: continuously with 5 integrated and interpolated axes (or through positioning) or as a 3 or 4-axis machining center, thus exploiting the maximum travel along the X axis.
The strokes of the axes are X 1524 mm, Y 660 mm and Z 610 mm, while the B axis allows tilting up to +/-90° and the C swivel axis rotates continuously at +/- 360°. It is shown here with 40 tools capacity. The milling head, as well as the 600 mm turntable, is of the Torque type and integrates a high-performance electrospindle at 12,000 or 16,000 rpm.
Hurco MAX5® CNC is the only one equipped with 2 interactive touch screen monitors, designed and manufactured by Hurco: it allows, among other features, to import solid 3D models directly on board the machine. It also allows you to program in Conversational, ISO and by importing DXF files.
