How to exhibit

Participation fee (Exhibition area, without stand fitting):

For applications received within the 15 January 2022 – together with the down payments, as required in the following art. 11, an “Early bird” discount will be granted and will be included in the final invoice, as shown below:

The applications with payment made after the final deadline of the 15 January 2022, shall NOT in any case benefit from the above mentioned discount;

A further € 20 for m² discount on the participation fee will also be granted to Exhibitors that directly took part in the last edition of the Exhibition (32.BI-MU 2020), if they require a wider exhibition area than the one allocated to them in the 2020 edition.
The discount will be applied exclusively to the supplementary allocated area and will be included in the final invoice

  • Extra charges
    the participation fee is increased by:

20% for stand with 2 open sides;

30% for stand with 3 open sides:

40% for stand with 4 open sides;

  • Admission fee: € 400;
  • Services fee:  € 11/m²;
  • Amount for each represented company (nly for Agents, Representatives, Branches, Dealers): € 250.

VAT as per Law, if due, will be added to the total of the above amounts.

Fractions of am2 will be computed as a full m2.

No applications for less than 16m2 will be accepted, except for Publishing Houses, similar and special projects by the organiser.
