JOBS | Simultaneous 5-axis vertical machining centres and 3-axis vertical machining centres with cross-table

JOBS – Hall: 9 – Stand: D15 / C20

Simultaneous 5-axis vertical machining centres
Flexi vertical machining centres, with movable workable and 5 simultaneous axes, allow to satisfy all customers’ production needs and have an universal field of application. They are conceived for multi axis machining of small and large batches of complex 5-side workpieces, in one positioning, in precision mechanics, automotive, medical, aerospace industries and in moulds and dies production.
Machine configuration is characterized by a ±110° tilting head, a moving worktable on X-axis which allows to enhance the accuracy values and final quality of the machined workpieces and a built-in 660 mm diameter rotary table.
Several configurations and optional equipment enable to produce a “custom-made” machine to suit the manufacturing needs of the individual user.
Flexi line is equipped with last generation Heidenhain, Siemens and Fanuc CNCs boosting its accuracy and productivity qualities.

3-axis vertical machining centres with cross-table
The 3-axis vertical machining centres Sigma HV3 with cross-table assure high performance in terms of speed and dynamic and are fit for a wide application range.
They have been conceived for the machining of small and large parts, in precision mechanics, automotive, medical, aerospace, mould and die fields.
The strokes are X 1050 mm, Y 560 mm and Z 635 mm, the 15000 rpm DDS spindle with cooling system allows to reach torque up to 177 Nm and power up to 26 kW. 12.000 rpm hi-torque option with torque up to 204 Nm and power up to 32 kW is also available.
The table is 1150×560 mm with a maximum loading capacity of 800 kg.
HV3 machines can be equipped with Heidenhain and Fanuc CNCs and a wide range of accessories to meet the specific needs of the customer.
