The models SHARK 350 CNC HS 4.0 and SHARK 420 CNC HS 4.0 are specially designed for machine shops. They have both a dedicated numerical control with simple and intuitive touchscreen interfaces where in few easy step the end user can program the saw and get automatically a selection of the cutting parameter through an internal database, in relation to the different mechanical properties of materials. Brushless motors guarantee a constant and gradual feed in the cutting process, while the quality of the machine structure will assure a long life to the blade as well as a consistent accuracy of cut pieces. The traditional hydraulic system only manages the opening/closing of the machine vices and balancing of the saw head. The last “Scratch” in the cut, MEP SPA gave it by adding in its range the line VELOCEX, high-performance circular saws cutting incredibly fast solid steel bars from 65 to 175mm with ceramic or carbide saw blades. VELOCEX is ideal for those who need large quantity of series of cuts in multiple daily shifts. VELOCEX can provide increased production up to 5 times compared to conventional bandsaws. The performances of the cutters range from 40 to 60 square meters of material removal rate.
