REMA CONTROL – Hall: 11 – Stand: D98 / E149
Rema Control in Stezzano (BG) presents two new models of 100% Made in Italy machining centers; ICARO IT5-13 with pallet changing system and Raffaello R5A.10P with increased structure for heavy-duty machining on large parts. At Rema stand visitors will be able to appreciate the features, the various shapes and the great choice of accessories available. ICARO T5-13 adds up the vertical characteristic to the horizontal one of use and is born in 5 continuous and simultaneous work axes. The rototranslating work table allows the machining of a cube of 1,000 mm of side for a vaulting piece of 1,450 mm and lends itself to the high-tech segment such as aeronautics, automotive, molds, energy and prototyping. ICARO has X-axis travel of 1,250 mm, Y of 1,350 mm and Z of 1,200 mm, working rotary table with C-axis with 360,000 divisions, speeds up to 80 rpm and 1,000 mm in diameter for loads up to 3,000 kg. The tilting head in axis A with double support with +/- 105 ° stroke allows machining, both in vertical and horizontal positioning, of great precision together with high removal capacity. Available electric spindles with different characteristics, HSK 63 or HSK 100, from 12,000 up to 24,000 rpm and up to over 250 Nm of torque. Tool magazine with capacity from 30 up to 150 workstations and tooling in masked time by pallet change. Instead, the Raffaello R5A.10P is a 5-axis vertical machining center with a tilting table ø800 mm and a maximum workpiece diameter of 1000 mm. C axis from 0 ° to 360 ° and axis A +/- 120 °, both torque, for loads up to over 800 kg. Available in ISO 40 or ISO 50 configurations with electrospindles from 12,000 up to 24,000 rpm and torques up to 300 Nm. Tool magazine expandable from 30 to 150 positions. Free choice for the CNC customer between Heidenhain, Fanuc or Siemens. All RemaControl products are designed, compliant and certified to the Industry 4.0 requirements.
