VISIONLINK – Hall: 13 – Stand: A23
The In-Sight 7000 series performs fast and precise machine vision inspections that keeps pace with increasing line speeds, while its compact form factor easily fits into space-constrained production lines. The In-Sight 7000 series is a full-featured, powerful vision system that performs fast, accurate inspections of a wide range of parts across all industries. Its compact footprint easily fits into space-constrained production lines and the unique, modular design is highly field-customizable to your application requirements. Along with the internal and external power/control lighting options, the In-Sight 7000 series also has a highly visible pass/fail LED indicator light ring around the camera body, making it easy to see the inspection status no matter where the system is installed. The In-Sight 7000 series is available in a wide range of resolutions including VGA (640×480)/SVGA (800×600), 1.3MP, 2MP, and the new In-Sight 7905 5MP system. Each resolution is available in monochrome or color.
Concerning barcode reading, DataMan 470 series solve complex, high-throughput manufacturing and logistics applications with ease. DataMan 470’s multi-core processing power, imaging technology, high-resolution sensor, advanced decoding algorithms, and simple setup delivers maximum coverage, speed, and ease-of-use. Designed for high-speed, high-throughput manufacturing and logistics lines, DataMan uses new, patent-pending imaging technology to easily solve challenging applications such as automotive component traceability, tire identification, airport baggage handling, and automated sorting. DataMan 470’s High Dynamic Range Plus (HDR+) technology enhances the image quality of 1D and 2D codes, in addition to providing greater coverage and faster speeds than conventional readers. It also reads low contrast and ultra-small codes not visible to other readers, and covers larger inspection areas with fewer cameras, allowing greater process variation and lower facility design costs
