JEOL
Pad. 15 stand G31
Founded in 1949 in Tokyo, Japan, JEOL is a major developer and manufacturer of scientific instruments, best known for its electron microscopes.
Based on these core technologies, JEOL developed an e-beam solution 3D printer for metals in 2021.
More than 1,500 operating hours of the source, helium-free and smoke-free production, and a renowned and extensive service network in Europe are just some of the advantages that the JEOL solution can offer.
JEOL has over 6 decades of leadership in e-beam technology and electron optics and is excited to offer new solutions in Additive Manufacturing.
Following the opening of a demonstration site in Pittsburgh, USA, in September 2023, a European facility on the campus of the Technical University of Munich, Germany, opened in April 2024.
BI-MU will be the Italian debut for the new JAM-5200EBM, and results will be shown with materials such as Ti6Al4V, IN718, pure copper and tungsten that can be used for multiple applications, including medical, aerospace, next-generation power generation and electric vehicles.
