BI-MU 2024 is going to be the perfect opportunity for Ginding Technology to introduce its new Tacchella Elektra Ready grinding machine. This product line, derived from the historical universal grinding machine Elektra, was designed to offer customers an entry level configuration with a shorter delivery time.
Elektra Ready combines Elektra’s user-friendliness with the advantages deriving from an increased product industrialization. The aim was making the Elektra product available in case of projects requiring competitive prices and a shorter delivery time, while still upholding Tacchella’s quality standards.

Meeting promptly customers’ needs is becoming increasingly decisive in an ever-changing market where faster reactions are to be expected.
Elektra Ready will be available in only one standard configuration: length between centers 1200 mm, centers height 230 mm, CN Fanuc 0iTF Plus, linear motor on the X-axis, flat and V-guideways on the Z-axis, universal workhead on chuck 100 kg, automatic tailstock with pneumatic control, double cone high frequency spindle for external grinding of 11,5 kW and optional spindle for internal grinding with a speed range from 10.000 to 30.000 rpm.
As for all range of products branded Morara and Tacchella, the Elektra Ready grinding machine is also going to meet the requirements of an Industry 4.0 interconnection.
A few eco-friendly options will be available as well, such as a compatibility with organic oil, LED lighting, stand-by mode and sleeping mode, reduced machine downtime thanks to an intuitive and powerful T.O.P. software developed by Grinding Technology.
The Elektra Ready grinding machine introduces a new Elektra configuration destined to enrich the grinding market by offering potential customers more precision, flexibility and user-friendliness.
