From the industrial area of Val Pescara, in Abruzzo, rises the first Italian Additive Valley, a cutting-edge reality in 3D printing. Two companies are part of it: Rimas Engineering, specialized supplier of technological solutions such as 3D printers, 3D scanners, postprocessing systems and software, and Treddy, a consulting, design and 3D service company. Both protagonists of rapid growth, they have quickly become a point of reference in the industrial 3D printing sector at a national level.
Working in synergy, they can help companies operating in almost any sector to redesign their production according to the advantages offered by 3D technology: maximum design freedom, no minimum production quantity required, drastic reduction in production times and costs, functional prototypes ready in few days instead of weeks, mass production in rapid times.
To match the most various needs of the industrial sector, in the Additive Valley there are different 3D printing technologies, each represented by the most releavant brands in the sector: Markforged, HP, DWS, Formlabs and Caracol. Each of these brands offers many certified and parameterized materials, to guarantee production that is always optimal, predictable and repeatable.
Cutting-edge technology, attention to market’s trends and customer needs are the ingredients that have driven the rapid growth of the Additive Valley, which in 2024 also inaugurated the operational headquarters in Milan, to be even closer to the nerve center of the Italian industrial fabric.
With the same desire for constant growth, we present ourselves for the first time at Bi.Mu, one of the main events in the sector, to support production companies in discovering the advantages and potentiality promised by additive manufacturing.
