For handling loads up to 1,000 kg, on the other hand, Scaglia Indeva offers the innovative INDEVA HOIST, which differs from other hoists on the market because it is easier to use, with no buttons to press and automatic speed variation, resulting in increased overall productivity.
An INDEVA® manipulator from the Liftronic® series is capable of zeroing the operator’s effort, thanks to its ‘intelligent’ electronic control system that automatically detects the weight of the load being grabbed and automatically counterbalances it in real time, making it as if it were ‘weightless’. An INDEVA® manipulator enables fast and precise movements that are impossible to achieve with pneumatic manipulators or conventional industrial hoists. INDEVA® manipulators are also equipped with the ‘float mode’ function, i.e. the possibility of ‘direct manipulation with the hands on the load’, which makes it possible to exploit the natural human ability to coordinate, control movement and position the load, lifted by its actual weight, quickly and precisely, facilitating positioning in the machine or in a confined area, eliminating the bouncing typical of pneumatic manipulators.
