ABL Automazione S.r.l., a Saleri Group company, is a company founded in 1995 specialized in the design and manufacturing of industrial automation systems and lines.

Technical evolution, well-established experience and synergies with several companies in the industry have enabled ABL to become one of the leading players in automation and an innovative technology partner for client companies.

ABL’s proposal is divided according to four specialized operational areas:

• Assembly plants (semi-automatic machines and lines, fully automatic lines also with the aid of anthropomorphic robots, linear and/or rotary table solutions also for high production rates);
• Robotic systems with integrated solutions for the tending of machine tools, washing machines, testing and palletizing;
• Integration of AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) vehicles;
• Electrification, proposing specific and innovative solutions for electric transition.

The target sectors are diversified, such as automotive, earthmoving, aerospace, thermo-hydraulics, hydraulics , etc.

To support and complement the proposed solutions, thanks to the work of the R&D team, ABL Automazione makes available its know-how acquired in terms of technological innovation, regarding the following area:

• Interfacing with MES (Manufacturing Execution System);
• Vision systems;
• Visual inspections of quality and process;
• Hardware and software for process traceability;
• Teleservice software and services.
