Pad. 9 stand B16

At 34.BI-MU fair, in Milan, at booth B16 in Hall 9, Porta Solutions’ newest revolutionary product will be on public display: the PORTACENTER 400.

Porta Solutions, the leading battery machining center company based in Brescia, celebrated the 20th anniversary of its revolutionary product, the Portacenter, in 2024.
This machine is an independent 3-spindle machining center now in its fifth generation.

It stands between traditional machining centers and transfer machines, producing much faster while maintaining flexibility, with a production output 3 times faster than an ordinary machining center and a drastic reduction in part cost.
Automation, space and energy consumption are drastically reduced.

The new solution offered today by Porta Solutions responds to the demands of those who need to manufacture a large quantity of parts while avoiding being constrained by the choice of special machines such as transfers having long deliveries.
Porta Solutions’ innovative approach is based on the technical advice of an experienced tutor, who carefully analyzes the machining process of the customer’s part.
The tutor determines the optimal cycle time to ensure maximum throughput along with quality.
After proposing the solution, a zero-risk test drive is conducted using a demo Portacenter machine available to customers. The customer’s part is machined and the cycle time and quality of the result are constantly monitored.
The customer is so protected from theoretical calculations or sales promises without practical feedback. With Porta Solutions, the customer can decide whether to sign the order to purchase the machine with a great advantage, as the process has already been tested and the results verified, eliminating any form of risk.
The Portacenter 400 is mass-produced with lead times ranging from 60 to 90 days, and this aspect makes the product a winner when compared to the timelines associated with special machine solutions.
