At 35.BI-MU, alongside a new entry-level grinding machine, we will present an ecosystem of digital tools and connected services designed to manage interaction with the user in a structured manner throughout the entire lifecycle of the system. This platform, GrindTech Service+, consists of a set of integrated modules that enable a technical support model designed to address potential operational issues remotely, along with a document management system dedicated to collecting and centralizing machine data.
