RAB50 Gimbal: Two-Axis Rotary Table

Among the latest innovations, the RAB50 Gimbal stands out as a two-axis rotary table developed for satellite communication, industrial detection and advanced monitoring systems. The prototype is designed to ensure precise and dynamic motion even in particularly complex operating environments, where reliability and accuracy are essential requirements.

The system integrates high-precision servo control and multi-axis stabilisation, enabling highly accurate positioning and rapid changes in orientation while ensuring consistent performance during data acquisition. Its modular structure also allows the solution to be easily integrated into different platforms and application configurations.

The RAB50 Gimbal is suitable for radar tracking systems, surveillance and monitoring equipment, industrial inspection and satellite communication applications, meeting the requirements of systems that demand high precision, fast motion and stability.

Its main features include positioning accuracy of up to 0.014°, motion speeds of up to 60°/s on both the azimuth and elevation axes, a load capacity of up to 2 × 25 kg and operation within a temperature range of -15 °C to +55 °C. It is a solution designed to deliver high performance in the most demanding motion control applications.

UR Guideways and EL Module: Performance Without Compromise

The new UR Series roller linear guideways, combined with the EL auxiliary lubrication module, provide a solution designed to improve reliability, service life and performance in the most demanding industrial applications.

The UR Series has been developed to meet the requirements of modern machine tools and high-performance automation systems. Thanks to increased dynamic and static load capacities, optimised load distribution and a patented 360° lubrication system, the guideways ensure a longer operating life, smooth motion and consistent accuracy, even under heavy loads and in contaminated environments. The range is complemented by a wide selection of accessories designed to provide protection against dust and contaminants.

The EL lubrication kit continuously supplies lubricant directly to the rolling tracks, reducing maintenance frequency and limiting oil dispersion into the surrounding environment. Under light-load conditions, relubrication intervals can reach up to 20,000 km. The system is also certified for cleanroom environments in accordance with ISO 14644 Class 6, making it ideal for applications in the semiconductor industry, automation, measurement systems, inspection equipment and industrial machinery.

The integration of the UR Series and the EL module improves system reliability, reduces maintenance costs and ensures high performance over time.
