Open sides increases
The participation fee is increased by:

10% for stand with 2 open sides 15% for stand with 3 open sides 20% for stand with 4 open sides

Benefits for participation at 35.BI-MU (compared to the last edition)

In addition to the “early bird” benefit, further favorable conditions have been provided on the exhibition surface and on the surcharges for open sides.

30% stand with 3 open sides ⇒ goes down to 15%

40% stand with 4 open sides ⇒ goes down to 20%

  • Amount for each represented company: 250
    (only for Agents, Representatives, Branches, Dealers)
  • Services fee:  13/sq.m.

If you have previously exhibited and have the necessary credentials (username/password), you can directly access the reserved area to register online. After completing the registration process, you will receive an email with a summary of your registration, which will also be forwarded to the Exhibition Secretariat upon submission.

Services included in the Service fee

  • Standard cleaning of the stand
  • Equipment of fire-extinguishers according to Law
  • Single Property Fee (see art. 18)
  • Activation of a 32A/4000V 3P+N+T CEE socket up to 10kW of installed power; further charges are payable by the exhibitor based on the current price list
  • WI-FI connection in the pavilion
  • Parking cards for parking area inside the Exhibition Center in a quantity as specified in art. 25.3 of the General Rules
  • “Digital Platform” online catalog services
  • Payment of royalties resulting from eventual audio-visual installa¬tions on stands, that are subject to legally required payments.

  • General day and night surveillance

  • Stand sign panel
  • Entry in the printed Official Catalogue
  • Entry in the Visitors’ Guide map, distributed free of charge at the reception
  • Entry in the Digital Catalogue “Digital Platform”
  • Advertisement, promotional material
  • Exhibitor passes in a quantity as specified in the art. 25.2 of the General Rules
  • Printed Official catalogue: up to 100 sq.m 2 copies; over 3 copies
  • Complementary events arranged by the Organiser as in the Exhibition programme; conferences, hospitality of delegations of trade operators, of Italian and foreign Authorities and conference speakers.

Amounts to be paid with the application

Advance payment € 80 x requested sq.m
€ 450 (admission fee for all exhibitors)
• Possible amount of € 250 for each exhibited company and/or indicated in the Application Form.

VAT as per Law, if due, will be added to the total of the above amounts.  Fractions of sq.m will be computed as a full sq.m. No applications for less than 16 sq.m will be accepted, except for Publishing Houses, similar and special projects by the organiser.
