35.BI-MU offers all Exhibitors a range of promotional services, some free, others paid, available before, during and after the exhibition period, conceived to make the most of their companies’ presence at the trade show.
BI-MUpiù

Promotion speech of 15 minutes.
BI-MUpiù is the arena area set up in a hall of BI-MU. During the whole trade show, it will propose meetings, one-to-one discussions, performances and insights offered by the organisers and by the exhibitors. Besides the cultural insight events arranged by the exhibition organisers, in the arena space of BI-MUpiù exhibitors will have the possibility to present, until exhaustion of the available time lot, their best product offering and their novelties, by booking a 15-minute time Speech.

Visitors’ Guide map
Logo and advertising pages.
To orient themselves inside the halls, Visitors will receive an Exhibition Guide Map that will illustrate stands, exhibition themes and services of the trade show. Available free of charge at all reception desks, the Guide Map is also an opportunity for exhibiting companies interested in purchasing logo space and/or advertising pages to promote the company or its products, where to include their own company promotion. The map can host a maximum number of logos and pages; the spaces are allocated in chronological order subject to availability. If you have not already purchased the service during registration, contact the secretariat to check availability. It is not possible to publish the logos of the represented company on the guide for visitors.

• Logo costs € 200 (+ VAT).
• Advertising page costs € 500 (+ VAT).

Printed Official Catalogue
Logo and advertising pages.
Exhibitors will have the opportunity to include their own logo, logo represented company and/or to publish up to 4 advertising pages in the hard copy of the Exhibition Official Catalogue, according to the specifiecations and technical indications. BI-MU Digital Platform – The online catalogue
Company profile, logo, social network, products images.
For 35.BI-MU is available the online catalogue BI-MU Digital Platform of the event. The platform offers, in an intuitive and innovative way, all Exhibitors participating in the exhibition. Inside Catalogue’s pages, Exhibitors are proposed in alphabetical order and, through filters, searchable by country, product or pavilion.
BI-MU Digital Platform is a service completely free of charge offered to all 35.BI-MU exhibitors. Each Exhibitor’s record can be enriched by the company logo, by images of machines and processes and by posts previously published on the companies’ social networks. Access to the platform will take place through the FieraID sent by fieramilano to the handling officer indicated in the registration phase.

Personalised lanyards
Distribution lanyards with logo.
Every Exhibitor will have the possibility to supply the organisers with one set of promotional lanyards, personalised with its own company’s logo, which will be distributed at the reception desks of the Exhibition. The production of the gadget is at the Exhibitor’s expenses. The distribution will be carried out by the Organisers, who will accept the applications in chronological order subject to availability of lanyards lots. • Distribution of 5,000 lanyards € 3,000 (+ VAT).
• Distribution of 10,000 lanyards € 3,000 (+ VAT).

Online advertising on 35.BI-MU web site

Exhibitors logo and promotional video.
Main contact and information tool, the bimu.it website can host, on the homepage, the promotion of exhibitors through logo and promotional videos.
The exhibitor can provide the logo with a direct link to the company website that will be visible in the dedicated section of the homepage of the site. The exhibitor can also provide a link to a company video. The video will be published in the homepage, and also on the YouTube channel of the event.

Official Logos and Banners
Official 35.BI-MU files for use by exhibitors.
The official 35.BI-MU logo and banner files, in optimized versions, in vector-graphics format and in high resolution, are freely reproducible by the exhibitors on headed paper, promotional leaflets, advertising, corporate websites and emails wishing to promote their participation in the event.

Each exhibitor has the possibility to obtain the official banner of 35.BI-MU customized to promote participation in the event and to use on the website, in company emails and in all documents. After receiving the final assignment of the hall and stand, the exhibitor has the possibility to create, independently, the custom banner for 35.BI-MU.

Exhibitors’ News on 35.BI-MU website
The product/solution news of the exhibitors on bimu.it.
The Press section of the event website hosts the Exhibitors’ News. To participate in the initiative is sufficient:
- Send a descriptive text about one or more of your products/solutions. Your text, in Italian and in English, shall have a maximum length of 2,000 characters including spaces, for each language.
- Indicate a title of a maximum length of 55 characters including spaces. Do not indicate your company name, (it will be added by the BI-MU Secretariat during online publication).
- Attach two photos plus Company logo in .png or .JPG format and High Resolution 300 dpi.
The same material will be used for the issue of the electronic magazine “Cosa vedere a 35.BI-MU/What to see at 35.BI-MU”, which will be forwarded to a mailing list of high-profile operators of the sector.

Deadline for material sending: Friday, 4 September 2026 (So that it can be included in the publication of the magazine. News received after the date indicated will be published on the website only).

Posts published on the social networks of BI-MU.
The Exhibition is also on Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube, where it boasts an online community of thousands of users. Through #35bimu and @bimu_2026 it is possible to interact directly with the Organisers who update the official profiles of the Exhibition. Moreover, you can discover and share news, curiosities and multimedia contents.
Create your post on the social network you prefer by tagging the official profile of the Exhibition and, within few hours, the Organisers will share your post on the official account of 35.BI-MU!
Post will be reposted on BI-MU official social media platforms if and only if in line with General Rules of the exhibition. For instance, any form of advertising to promote any other exhibitions, evets or not-exhibiting companies is strictly forbidden.
