Digital Factory – From Data to Value: Strategies and Rules for Corporate Information Assets

On the occasion of the event, organised by UCIMU-SISTEMI PER PRODURRE and CEFRIEL and dedicated to the strategic management of data and the enhancement of corporate information assets, the results of a survey conducted on a sample of mechanical manufacturing companies will be presented.

During the session, a concrete snapshot of the state of the art in data management within manufacturing companies will first be provided, highlighting opportunities, critical issues, and action priorities emerging directly from the experience of the participating companies. It will thus be possible to understand how businesses are addressing the challenges linked to system integration, data quality, and the development of the skills required to unlock the value of corporate information assets.

The event will also offer an important opportunity for discussion on the protection of know-how, secure data sharing across the supply chain, and new governance models required by digital transformation. The meeting will allow participants to gain valuable insights to define more effective data management strategies, seize the opportunities offered by digitalisation, and strengthen their company’s competitiveness in a context increasingly focused on leveraging information as a strategic asset.
